Our building division completes ALL TYPES of building projects from Inception to completion, including projects from New homes , Industrial Sheds, Commercial buildings Large and small , Demolition works , Civil works, Drainage , spoon drains, Pathways, Property Roads , Concrete Foundations, Slabs, Property Bridges (Bridges over creeks etc. ). All works “engineered approved” accordingly, were necessary . Our fully qualified , licensed and insured tradesman provide the best possible service , reliability & advice.
Refurbishment
Our Refurbishment Division provides a service to minimise the stress of ALL aspects of refurbishment , including Dilapidation reports , Inspections , professional advice and a service that Crib are proud of. Again from Inception to completion , Crib shall manage the project from demolition to painting / Finishing Trades . Our extensive Database of qualified , skilled and reliable tradesman enables the milestones to be achieved painlessly. We are currently renovating the Iconic Hard Rock Café in Surfers Paradise.
